Pricing Errors: Despite our best efforts, occasional errors in product pricing may occur. If a product's correct price is higher than the price displayed at the time of order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. In such cases, we will notify you before cancellation and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price.

• Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the product. The order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us via email or SMS.

• Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. Additional payment methods may be added in the future and will be governed by these Terms.
• For COD orders, the full amount is payable in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

• We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Please provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refused delivery.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preferences.
• Exchanges are offered only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with a valid unboxing video.
